Reports

We provide a number of different reports to assist a wide range of uses. A summary of each type of report is presented below.

Preliminary Assessment Report

This report is typically used do determine whether the stormwater or flooding constraints associated with a property will prevent development. If development is able to occur, the design constraints will be identified.

This type of report is useful for:

Overland Flow Assessment Report

This report is typically used do identify the extent of overland flow inundation across a property. The proposed development is modelled to demonstrate no adverse impact is created and finished floor/lot levels are set.

This type of report is useful for:

Site-Based Stormwater Management Plan Report

This report assesses flooding extent, stormwater quantity and stormwater quanlity requirements, minimum finished floor level requirements and impacts of development. This type of report is generally used for larger projects.

This type of report is useful for develoopments including:

Storwmater Quality Assessment Report

This report is typically used do select a treatment train to meet water quality objectives for a development.

This type of report is useful for:

Flood Impact Assessment Report

This report is typically used to determine the impact of development on a range of flooding sources. Often properties are subject to several sources of inundation and it must be demonstrated that development would not create an adverse impact on neighbouring properties.

Sources of flood water:

Flood Overlay Code Assessment Report

This report is typically used when using a private certifier to approve a development.

This type of report is used when:
